It has been launched by Govt. of India under Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP), & was made available from May 28, 2018.
Price- It comes at Rs.10 Per Pack containing 4 Pads, Thus costing Rs. 2.5 Per Piece.
Shops in Your City- It is available in all Janaushadi Kendras. These are the shops also sell GENERIC MEDICINES. To find Janaushadi Kendra in your city,
Go to the website address- http://janaushadhi.gov.in/StoreDetails.aspx
It will look like this. Now you have to choose Kendra as Select Type, Your State, Status as Functional, City & You will get Address & Contact No. of the shops in your city. You can buy from any of them.
My Review of Using it- It is only for Medium to Little Flow Days. Not a substitute for Long Pads as it is very short in length, otherwise good.
As a citizen, we must at least give a try. This article is a my little contribution towards my country.
